摘  要:采用喷雾干燥法合成了锂离子电池正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2,并通过XRD、SEM、充放电实验对其晶体结构、微观形貌、电化学性能进行表征。结果表明:750℃煅烧12h所合成正极材料LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2的颗粒呈类球形且大小均匀,在2.8~4.3V、0.1C条件下的首次放电比容量为154mA·h/g,25次循环后的比容量保持率为94.7%,表现出优良的电化学性能。The cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 for lithium-ion battery was successfully synthesized with the spray drying method and its crystal structure, morphology and electrochemical performance were characterized by SEM,XRD and charge-discharge experiments. The results show that the cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 with spherical and evenly distributed particles can be synthesized at 750 ℃ for 12 h. And the cathode material exhibits excellent electrochemical performance for that its initial discharge specific capacity is 154 mA ·h/g under the conditions of 2.8~4.3 V and 0.1C and its discharge specific capacity is maintained at 94.7 % after 25 cycles.
