强脉冲光联合复方红参肽导入改善面部年轻化的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察强脉冲光联合复方红参肽原液导入改善面部年轻化的效果及安全性。方法 30例健康女性志愿者,均先给予全面部强脉冲光治疗,术后左侧面部给予复方红参肽原液导入治疗,右侧面部为空白对照,7 d 1次,共4次。光子术后4周复诊。对志愿者在治疗前后进行面部皮肤状态问卷评分;VISIA皮肤检测仪、德国CK皮肤检测仪测试。结果问卷评分显示:左侧满意度较右侧高(P<0.05)。VISIA及CK检测显示左侧面部的皱纹、毛孔、弹性、红血丝、水分改善明显优于右侧面部(P<0.05)。结论复方红参肽原液导入治疗有利于强脉冲光治疗术后面部皮肤的修复,并可加强其疗效,两者联合治疗满意度明显提高。Objective To observe the effi cacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with compound ginseng peptide solution for facial rejuvenation. Methods Thirty healthy female volunteers were given the intense pulsed light treatment and postoperative ice compress, then the left side of the face additionally treated with compound ginseng peptide solution, once every 7 days, a total of four times; while as blank control, no treatment was given to the right side. Four weeks after surgery with photon, all the volunteers pay a follow-up visit. Before and after the treatment, facial skin condition of the volunteers were evaluated by questionnaire, Visia skin detector and Germany CK skin detector. Results Satisfaction on the left side scores was higher than that of the right side（P〈0.05）. Visia and CK detection revealed that the improvement of wrinkles, pore, telangiectasia, elasticity and moisture were more signifi cant in the left side than the right side（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound ginseng peptide therapy is conducive to the facial skin repair after intense pulsed light treatment, meanwhile it may enhance the efficacy of the latter. The joint treatment would significantly improve the patients satisfaction.
