设置注射速率在子宫输卵管造影术中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨设置注射速率在子宫输卵管造影术（hysterosalpingography,HSG）中的临床应用价值。方法不孕患者600例行子宫输卵管造影术,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组200例,分别设置对比剂注射速率A组0.10 mL/s、B组0.15 mL/s、C组0.20 mL/s,各组显示输卵管阻塞与再通、对比剂逆流、球囊滑脱、不良反应的数据应用 SPSS18.0软件进行统计学分析,采用卡方检验。结果显示输卵管阻塞 A组164支、B组169支、C组156支,对比剂逆流 A组18例、B组19例、C组21例,A、B、C 3组差异没有统计学意义。输卵管再通 A组26支、B组45支、C组21支,B组优于 A、C 2组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,A、C 2组无显著差异。球囊滑脱A组3例、B组5例、C组16例,不良反应 A组92例、B组103例、C组127例,C组高于 A、B 2组,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）, A、B 2组无显著差异。结论合理设置注射速率有利于掌控 H SG诊疗进程,提高输卵管再通率,减轻患者不良反应。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of different injection rates in hysterosalpingography （HSG）.Methods 600 ca-ses of infertile patients who reveived HSG were divided into A,B and C group averagely.Each group was operated with the injection rate of 0.10 mL/s,0.15 mL/s and 0.20 mL/s,respectively.The incidence of oviduct obstruction and recanalization,contrast reflux, saccule drop and side reaction were statistically analyzed by SPSS 18.0.Results 164,169 and 156 oviducts obstructed in A,B and C group,and contrast reflux was found in 18,19 and 21 cases,all of which had no statistical differences.Oviduct recanalization was found in 26,45 and 21 cases from A,B and C group,and B group was statistically better than A and C group respectively （P〈0.05） while there was no significant difference between A and C group.Saccule drop and side reaction were found in 3,5,16 cases and 92, 103 and 127 cases respectively,and C group was statistically better than A and B group respectively （P〈0.05）while there was no significant difference between group A and B.Conclusion Reasonable injection rate would befenit the diagnostic process of HSG,in-crease the oviduct recanalization rate and decrease the side effects.
