摘 要:[目的]对西宁市常见市售蔬菜进行多种重金属元素的检测,了解当地蔬菜的重金属污染情况.[方法]从西宁市市售蔬菜中随机抽取10种蔬菜共40个样品,用火焰原子吸收分光光度计(AA-6200)测定砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铬(Cr)的含量,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度计(Z-2000)测定铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)的含量,依据《食品中污染物限量》(GB2762-2005)和《农产品安全质量无公害蔬菜安全要求》(GB18406.1-2001)进行评价.[结果]试验显示,10种蔬菜中Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cr的含量平均值范围分别为0.006 8~0.130 0 mg/kg、0.001 8 ~0.025 0 mg/kg、0.000 01 ~0.000 64 mg/kg、O.001 4~0.023 0 mg/kg、0.012~0.110 mg/kg.[结论]研究表明,西宁市售蔬菜中Pb、As、Hg、Cd、Cr的重金属污染状况较低,均未超出综合污染指数的范围,达到了国家无公害蔬菜的安全标准.[Objective] To detect several heavy metals in common commercially available vegetables in Xining City,and obtain the heavy metal pollution in local vegetables.[Method] 40 samples of 10 vegetables were randomly picked from Xining markets,and arsen (As),mercury (Hg),and chromium (Cr) contents were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AA-6200),whereas lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) contents were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer (Z-2000) based on the national standards "Contaminants in Foods" (GB2762-2005) and " Pollution-free Vegetables and Safety of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Requirements" (GB18406.1-2001).[Result] The results showed that in the 10 kinds of vegetables,Pb,As,Hg,Cd and Cr contents were in the ranges of 0.006 8-0.130 0 mg/kg,0.001 8-0.0250 mg/kg,0.000 01-0.000 64 mg/kg,0.001 4-0.023 0 mg/kg and 0.012-0.110 mg/kg,respectively.[Conclusion] Pb,As,Hg,Cd,Cr pollution in vegetables in Xining markets is low,which did not exceed the national standard limits and reached the national safety standard for pollution-free vegetables.
