摘 要:目的探讨Siemens Definition Flash CT扫描增强对比剂的不同浓度和流速对肾脏增强图像质量的影响。方法选取行腹部增强CT扫描检查的患者136例作为研究对象,对不同浓度(300mgI/mL、350mgI/mL)和不同流速(3mL/s、5mL/s)碘海醇增强剂对图像质量的影响进行比较研究。结果不同浓度相同流速增强剂对图像质量的影响比较,左肾动脉开口处腹主动脉、肾脏动脉、肾脏静脉血管显影质量比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05;肾皮质、肾实质差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;相同浓度不同流速增强剂对图像质量的影响差异各部位均有统计学意义,均P<0.05。结论较高碘海醇使用浓度和较快的注射流速可能对肾脏血流显影具有更好的帮助,推测使用更浓度的碘海醇和较快的注射流速可能会增强增强扫描的质量。Objective To investigate image quality contrast of different concentrations and flow of Enhanced CT agent for the kidneys scanning. Methods The quality of 136 cases'image which scanned by CT by different concentrations (300mgI/mL, 350mgI/mL) and different flow rates (3m/s, 5mL/s) enhanced agent Iohexol were compared, Results Different concentrations of the same flow of enhancer on the image quality of the opening of the left renal artery abdominal aorta, there was not statistically significant between renal artery and renal vein, P〉0.05, and there was statistically significant difference between the renal cortex and renal parenchymal, P〈0.05. Same concentration of different flow enhancer on image quality were statistically significant differences in all pans, all P〈0.05. Conclusion Higher concentration of iohexol and injection flow rate may help develop the scanning quality, which suggest that the use of higher concentrations of iohexol and faster injection flow rate may be enhanced the scanning quality.
