摘 要:系统研究了基于OpenSees的圬工拱桥倒塌过程模拟,包括以下内容:①比较了小应变单元和大应变单元在桥梁倒塌模拟应用中的优劣;②通过添加质量矩阵,二次开发了TLFD8nBrick单元,并验证了其在动力计算中的正确性;③采用TLFD8nBrick单元,完成了堤溪沱江大桥倒塌过程模拟;④研究了基于OpenSees的倒塌过程有限元分析的计算结果和单元生死显示后处理技术。研究结果表明:①采用小应变单元会导致计算结果失真,无法模拟倒塌过程中的几何非线性问题;②经过二次开发后的TLFD8nBrick单元可用于结构动力计算,能实现桥梁结构的倒塌过程模拟;③用C#和VS.net 2005开发的有限元程序计算结果与Abaqus基本一致,以云图显示效率较高;④单元生死显示模块可以动态地展现桥梁倒塌过程,为事故原因分析提供技术支持。This paper makes a systematic research on the collapse process simulation of masonry arch bridge based on OpenSees. It includes the following aspects: (1) Merits and demerits of small strain unit and large strain unit in the application of bridge collapse simulation are compared. (2) The TLFD8nBrick unit is secondarily developed by adding the mass matrix and its correctness in the dynamic calculation is verified. (3) The collapse process simulation of Di Xi Tuo Jiang Bridge is completed using the TLFDSnBrick unit. (4) The post-processing technology like calculation result nephogram and element birth and death display for finite element analysis of the collapse process is discussed. The results indicate that it will lead to calculation result distortion using small strain unit, so it can't simulate nonlinear problems of the collapse process. What's more, the TLFD8nBrick unit can be used for structural dynamic calculations after secondary development, and it can realize the collapse process simulation of the bridge. In addition, the calculation result of program developed by C# and VS. net 2005 conforms well to Abaqus and its display efficiency of nephogram is high. Moreover, the display module of element birth and death can dynamically show the bridge collapse process, which provides help for the analysis of the cause of accident.
