低强度脉冲超声治疗骨关节炎的应用进展

摘　　要：近年来低强度脉冲超声治疗骨关节炎在临床研究中取得了一定的疗效。研究内容涉及软骨细胞、Ⅱ型蛋白胶原、胶原酶、转化生长因子β、滑膜炎及病理改变等方面。系列临床研究结果说明低强度脉冲超声是一种无创伤、操作方便、费用低廉、疗效确切、并发症少的治疗方法。本文就低强度脉冲超声治疗骨关节炎的应用进展作一综述。Recent studies have confirmed that the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound is an effective method for osteoarthritis therapy.These studies related to chondrocyte,collagen type Ⅱ ,collagenases,transforming growth factor beta,synovitis and pathologic changes.Series of clinical research have confirmed that the low-intensity pulsed ultrasound has advantages of noninvasive,easy operated,efficacious for osteoarthritis treatment with low cost and less complication.This paper reviews the applications of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound used for osteoarthritis treatmet.
