无管化2μm激光治疗尿道肉阜20例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨无管化2μm激光治疗尿道肉阜的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析采用无管化2μm激光治疗20例尿道肉阜患者的临床资料,以探讨其临床疗效。结果 20例患者均一次性治愈,无尿潴留、出血、疼痛、尿道口狭窄、尿道阴道瘘、复发等并发症。结论采用无管化2μm激光治疗尿道肉阜,止血效果好,手术时间短,术后无尿潴留、出血、疼痛及尿道口狭窄等相关并发症,愈合好,无复发。通过无管化减少了因手术留置尿管给患者带来的疼痛不适,减少了尿路感染机会。因此疗效较好,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of tubeless 2 μm laser in the treatment of urethral caruncle.Methods Clinical data of 20 patients treated by tubeless 2μm laser for resection of urethral caruncle were retrospectively analyzed.Results All cases were cured after one course of treatment.No complications such as urinary retention,bleeding,pain,urethral stricture,and urethral vaginal fistula were found,and no recurrence was observed during the follow-up.Conclusions Tubeless 2 μm laser is effective and safe to treat urethral caruncle,with advantages of excellent hemostatic effect,short operation time,few postoperative complications and no recurrence.Therefore,it has important clinical value.
