摘  要:目的基于血流动力学变化探讨心肌梗死后大鼠胃肠结构功能变化特征。方法采取永久性结扎左冠状动脉前降支的方法制作心肌梗死模型,分别采用回肠末端HE染色法,碳末标记法,高效液相色谱荧光检测法(HPLC)检测肠道结构功能改变。所有数据用单因素方差分析进行统计。结果造模4周,肠道黏膜出现炎症反应。胃潴留率、小肠推进率增加,提示动力功能障碍。回肠组织5-羟色胺高代谢状态,提示分泌功能异常。结论心肌梗死后肠道缺血缺氧,胃肠结构与功能均出现特征性改变,导致胃肠功能紊乱发生。Objective To discuss the characteristic changes of gastrointestinal disorder in myocardial infarction rats based on hemodynamic change.Methods Wistar rats were assigned to underwent the operation of acute myocardial infarction with ligation of the coronary artery.HE staining,carbon powder labeling method and high-performance liquid chromatography were respectively used to measure the changes of structure and function.All data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance.Results After 4 weeks,the intestinal mucosa damaged;gastric retention rate and gastrointestinal transit rate increased;and the level of 5-HT and 5-hydroxy indole acetic acid in distal ileum increased.Conclusion Following intestinal ischemia and hypoxia after myocardial infarction,gastrointestinal structure and function change lead to the gastrointestinal disorder.
