柳烯酸溶液喷雾剂外用治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价柳烯酸溶液喷雾剂外用治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎的疗效。方法:60例马拉色菌毛囊炎患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组外用柳烯酸溶液喷雾剂,早晚各1次;对照组外用联苯苄唑乳膏,日1次。两组治疗时间均为4周。结果:治疗结束后治疗组有效率(76.9%)显著高于对照组(46.4%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组真菌清除率(80.8%)高于对照组(53.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:柳烯酸溶液喷雾剂外用治疗马拉色菌毛囊炎安全有效。To assess the therapeutic effect and safety of willow acid solution spray on malassezia folliculitis. Methods： Sixty patients with malassezia folliculitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group （30 patients in each group）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with willow acid solution spray, twice a day for 4 weeks. The patients in the control group were treated with bifonazole cream） once a day for 4 weeks. Results： The effective rate of the treatment group was 76.9% which was significantly higher than that of control group （46.4%）, with a significantly difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. The fungus clearance rate in the treatment group and control group were 80.8% and 53.6%, with a significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Willow acid solution spray is effective and safe in the treatment of malassezia folliculitis.
