加味理中汤颗粒联合按摩足三里+迎香对小儿肺炎治愈出院后中医体质影响随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：［目的］观察加味理中汤颗粒联合按摩足三里＋迎香穴对小儿肺炎治愈出院后中医体质影响。［方法］使用随机平行对照方法,对80例小儿肺炎治愈出院后儿童按病志号简单随机分为两组,对照组40例不实施干预措施。干预组00例,加味理中汤颗粒（党参、白术、干姜、炙甘草各15g,北芪30g,山萸肉10g,乌梅5g,生龙骨、生牡蛎各15g）,＜1岁50mL,1 ～ 3岁75mL,3 ～ 6岁150mL,分早晚2次服;按摩足三里＋迎香穴,1次/d,2min/穴。出院前一天通过问卷调查表,明确体质（脾虚质、积滞质、热滞质、湿滞质、心火偏旺质、异禀质）,出院当日起即开始干预,连续干预1个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、体质状况、半年内发生外感咳嗽次数、不良反应。连续干预三个月,随访半年判定效果。［结果］小儿肺炎住院治愈出院后体质类型多为病理性体质,通过调理中气后体质明显改善,外感疾病发作频率下降。［结论］加味理中汤颗粒联合按摩足三里＋迎香穴可明显改善小儿肺炎治愈出院后中医体质,降低外感疾病发作率。[ Objective ] To observe the decoction granule modified Li Zhong combined with massage Zusanli ＋ Yingxiang acupoint cure effect of TCM physique after discharge of infantile pneumonia. [ Method ] Using randomized controlled methods, 80 cases of pneumonia in children were cured ＇after the children according to the serial number of simple disease were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group without intervention. 00 patients in the intervention group, modified Li Zhong Tang granule （ Radix Codonopsis, Atractylodes, dried ginger, licorice 15g, Astragalus 30g, Fructus Corni Fructus Mume 10g, 5g, born keel, oyster each 15g）, 〈 1 50mL, 1 - 3 75mL, 3 - 6 150mL, 2 service points sooner or later; massage Zusanli ＋ Yingxiang acupoint, 1 times/d, 2min/point. Discharge date began to intervene, continuous intervention for 1 months to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, physical condition, occurrence of exogenous cough times within half a year, adverse reaction. Continuous intervention for three months, followed up for half a year to determine effect. [ Results ] Children with pneumonia recovered the body type is the pathological constitution, the constitution was obviously improved after the conditioning gas, decrease in the frequency of exogenous diseases attack. [ Conclusion ] Modified Li Zhong Tang granule combined with massage Zusanli ＋ Yingxiang acupoint can obviously improve the children with pneumonia recovered after the Chinese constitution, reduce exogenous diseases attack rate.
