清肺止咳化痰方治疗急性气管-支气管炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肺止咳化痰方治疗急性气管-支气管炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将98例门诊患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组49例复方甘草片,2.5mg/次,1次/d,口服;急支糖浆,20mL/次,3次/d,口服;阿莫西林,0.25g/次,3次/d,口服。治疗组49例宣清润燥法,清肺止咳化痰方(甘草16g,桔梗14g,黄芩8g,鱼腥草25g,连翘15g,金银花25g,杏仁炒12g,知母8g,麻黄12g,薄荷6g,桑白皮13g),1剂/d,水煎100mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、咳嗽、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈23例,显效15例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率93.88%。对照组痊愈12例,显效14例,有效11例,无效12例,总有效率75.51%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]清肺止咳化痰方在治疗急性气管-支气管炎的方面效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Qingfeizhike phlegm Treatment of acute airway - bronchitis . [ Methods ]Random parallel control method, 98 cases outpatient divided into two groups according to the draw method . The control group 49 cases compound liquorice tablets, 2.5mg / times, 1 times / d, orally;acute bronchitis syrup, 20mL / time, 3 times / d, orally;amoxicillin capsules, 0.25g / time, 3 times / d, orally. Treatment group 49 cases Xuanqing Run dry law, Qingfeizhike phlegm party （ Gancao 16g, Jiegeng 14g, Huangqin 8g, Yuxingcao25g, Lianqiao 15g, Jinyinhua 25g, fried Xingrenl2g, Zhimu 8g, Bohe 12g, mint 6g, Sangbaipi 13g ）, 1 does/d, decoction 100mL, sooner or later orally. 7d is a continuous course of treatment . Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure 23 cases, effective in 15 cases, 8 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 93.88% . Cured 12 cases in the control group, 14 cases markedly effective in 11 cases, 12 cases, the total efficiency of 75.51% . Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Qingfeizhike phlegm square in the treatment of acute airway - bronchitis effect is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
