止嗽散治疗慢喉痹66例临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察止嗽散治疗慢喉痹疗效。[方法]使用前瞻性设计方法,将66例门诊及住院患者止嗽散(紫莞、白前、百部、荆芥、桔梗各15g,甘草、陈皮各5g;风寒初起,恶寒发热、头痛鼻塞加防风、生姜;风热加桑叶、菊花、薄荷;咽喉红肿疼痛加金银花、连翘、牛蒡子、射干;咽干明显或咽部灼热加知母、天花粉、玄参、生地黄;咽异物感明显、黏痰难咯加半夏、茯苓、浙贝母;干咳无痰加瓜蒌、知母、川贝母;咽部黏膜充血加丹皮、赤芍;咽部黏膜色淡加当归、白术;体虚易感冒合玉屏风散:黄芪、白术、防风),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]痊愈51例,有效12例,无效3例,总有效率95.45%。[结论]止嗽散治疗慢喉痹效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe check rinse with slow laryngeal disease curative effect. [ Methods ] 66 cases of outpatient and inpatient check rinse powder （ Ziwan, Baiqian, Baibu, Jingjie, Jiegeng each 15g, Gancao, Chenpi 5g;the beginning cold evil cold fever, headache, stuffy nose and Fangfeng, Shengjiang; wind hot with mulberry leaf, chrysanthemum, mint, sore throat pain and Jinyinhua, Lianqiao, Niupangzi, Shegan, dry throat obvious or pharyngeal heat plus Zhimu, Tianhuafen, Xuanshen, Shengdihuang, pharynx foreign body sensation, phlegm cough up obviously and Banxia, Fnling, Zhebeimu; dry cough without phlegm and Gualou, Zhimu, Chuanbeimu, pharyngeal mucosal hyperemia and Danpi, Chishao, pharyngeal mueosa color light and Danggui, Baizhu;fatigue prone to colds in yupinfeng powder：Huangqi, Baizhu, Fangfeng ）, l/d, Fried 200 ml water, morning and evening oral;Continuous treatment of 7 d for 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. ~ Results 3 51 cases cured, 12 cases effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.45%. E Conclusion ] Check syndromes with slow laryngeal bi disease effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
