镇肝熄风汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察镇肝熄风汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将90例住院患者按病志号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组45例美多芭,初次使用125mg/次,3次/d,以后每周日服量增加125mg,根据患者病情严重程度决定最终服药量,一般为125mg^375mg。治疗组45例镇肝熄风汤(怀牛膝、生赭石各30g,生龙骨、生牡蛎、生龟板、生杭芍各15g,白僵蚕、玄参各12g,生麦芽、茵陈各6g,天冬、木瓜各12g,甘草6g),1剂/d,水煎150mL,早晚口服;瘀血甚加红花6g,桃仁10g;气虚甚加党参10g,黄芪15g;血虚甚加熟地、当归各10g;美多芭治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、UPDRS评分、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈1例,显效26例,有效10例,无效8例,总有效率82.22%。对照组痊愈0例,显效10例,有效14例,无效21例,总有效率53.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。UPDRS评分两组均有下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]镇肝熄风汤联合美多芭治疗帕金森病效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] Zhenganxifeng soup joint Madopar treatment of Parkinson＇s disease treatment. [ Method] Random parallel control method, 90 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. A control group of 45 patients Madopar, the initial use 125mg / time, 3 times / d, after every Sunday service increased 125mg, according to the severity of the patient to determine the final amount of medication, usually 125mg - 375mg. Treatment group of 45 patients Zhenganxifeng soup （Huainiuxi, Shengzheshi each 30g, Shenglonggu, Shengmuli, Shengguiban, Shenghangshao each 15g, Baijiangcan, Xuanshen each 12g, Shengmaiya, Yinchcn each 6g, Tiandong, Mugua each 12g, Gancao 6g）, 1 does/ d, decoction 150mL, sooner or later, oral;bleeding even add Honghua 6g, Taoren 10g;qi even add Danshen 10g, Huangqi 15g; deficiency even add Shudi, Dangui each 10g; Madopar treatment with the control group . 90d is a continuous course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, UPDRS score, adverse reactions. A course of treatment to determine efficacy. [ Results ] The cure one case, effective in 26 cases, improved in 10 cases, 8 cases, the total efficiency of 82.22% . The control group healed 0 cases, effective in 10 cases, improved in 14 cases, 21 cases, the total efficiency of 53.33% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . UPDRS score decreased in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）,the treatment group declined more than in the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Zhenganxifeng soup joint Madopar treatment of Parkinson＇s disease effect is significant, it is worth promoting.
