柴平左金汤联合铝碳酸镁、莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察柴平左金汤联合铝碳酸镁、莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按抽签法随机分为两组。对照组50例铝碳酸镁,0.5g/次,3次/d,嚼服;莫沙必利,0.5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组50例柴平左金汤(柴胡、黄芩、法半夏各15g,黄连、茯苓、枳壳、厚朴各10g,吴茱萸、陈皮、甘草各5g;腹痛、腹胀加郁金、青皮各10g;泛酸、嘈杂、烧心者加乌贼骨、煅瓦楞子各10g;呕吐加旋复花、竹茹各10g;大便稀加炒白术、山药各10g;大便干结加决明子、牛蒡子各10g;纳差加焦山楂、炒麦芽各15g;胃镜示胃黏膜充血、水肿明显加蒲公英、败酱草各10g),1剂/d,水煎450mL,3次温服;铝碳酸镁、莫沙必利治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃黏膜状况、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈30例,有效22例,无效4例,总有效率92.86%。对照组痊愈13例,有效22例,无效9例,总有效率79.55%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴平左金汤联合铝碳酸镁、莫沙必利治疗肝胃不和型胆汁反流性胃炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the Chai Ping left jintang type combined western medicine therapy of liver stomach with bile reflux gastritis. [ Methods] Using random parallel control method, 100 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the draw method. The control group of 50 cases of aluminum magnesium carbonate, 0.5 g/time, 3 times/d, chewing. Citrate moser will benefit, 0.5 nag/time, 3 times/d. Treatment group 50 cases Chai Ping left jintang （ Chaihu, Huangqi, Fabanxia each 15 g, Huanglian, Fuling, Zhike lOg, Wuzhuyu, Chenpi, Gancao5g, abdominal pain, abdominal distension and tYujin, Qingpi every 10 g, pantothenic acid, noisy, heartburn and Wuzeigu, Duanwalengzi every 10 g;vomiting andXuanfuhua, Zhuru every 10 g;loose stool add Chaobaizhu, Shanyao 10 g; stool stem node with Juemingzi, Niupangzi 10 g;NaCha add Jiaoshanzha, Chaomaiya each 15g;gastroscope in gastric mucosa hyperemia and Pugongying, Baijingcao 10 g ）, 1 / d, Fried 450 ml water, 3 times warm clothing;Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ] the treatment group 30 cases were cured, effective 22 cases, 4 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 92.86%. Control group cure 13 cases, 22 cases effectively, 9 no effect, the total effective rate was 79.55%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group （ P〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Chai Ping left jintang type combined western medicine therapy of liver stomach with bile reflux gastritis, is worth promoting.
