活血补肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察活血补肾方联合西药治疗糖尿病肾病疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将94例门诊患者按就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组47例饮食控制、口服降糖药物、胰岛素注射,高血压口服降压药物等。治疗组47例活血补肾方(黄芪、茯苓、薏苡仁各30g,党参、丹参、泽泻、山药炒、生地各15g,当归、山茱萸、红花、茵陈、豨莶草各10g;水肿症状严重加猪苓、车前子、丝瓜络;瘀血症状严重加红花、桃仁、川芎;蛋白尿多加全蝎、僵蚕制;湿热加白花蛇舌草、虎杖),1剂/d,水煎2次共500mL,早晚分服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组显效41例,有效4例,无效2例,总有效率95.74%。对照组显效33例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率80.85%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。肾功能指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]活血补肾方联合西药治糖尿病肾病效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the blood and kidney side effects combined western medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy . [ Methods ] Random parallel control method, 94 cases of outpatients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group 47 cases of conventional Western medicine, including：diet, oral hypoglycemic medications, insulin injections, hypertension were given oral antihypertensive drug treatment. Treated 47 cases of blood and kidney side （ Hnangqi, Fuling, Yiyiren each 30g, Danshen, Danshen, Zexie, Shanyao fried, Shengdi each 15g, Dangui, Shanzhuyu, Honghua, Yinchen, Xixiancao each 10g; edema and severe symptoms plus Zhuling, Cheqianzi, Sigualuo;bleeding symptoms are severe add Honghua, Taoren, Chuanxiong; proteinuria pay more Quanxie, Jiangcang made ; heat plus Baihuasheshecao, Huzhang ）, 1 does/d, cook 2 times of 500mL, morning and evening hours ;Western medicine with the control group . 60d is a continuous course of treatment . Observing clinical symptoms of adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment, to determine efficacy . [ Results ] 41 cases markedly effective in 4 cases, 2 cases, the total efficiency of 95.74% . Control group of 33 cases markedly effective in 5 cases, 9 cases, the total efficiency of 80.85% . Treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Renal function were improved in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （P 〈0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Blood and kidney side effects of combined medicine treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable, worthy of promotion.
