茵陈鹤木枣汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸性肝炎随机平行对照研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察茵陈鹤木枣汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸性肝炎疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将47例门诊及住院患者按病志号及就诊顺序号抽签简单随机分为两组。对照组23例齐墩果酸片,0.2g/次,1次/d;甘草酸胺,0.2g/次,1次/d,静注;还原型谷胱甘肽注射液,0.6g/次,1次/d,静注;治疗组24例茵陈鹤木枣汤(菌陈、仙鹤草、平地木各30g,大枣10枚),1剂/d,水煎250mL,早晚口服;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、SALT、SB、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组痊愈17例,有效6例,无效1例,总有效率95.83%。对照组痊愈10例,有效5例,无效8例,总有效率65.22%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。生化指标两组均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]茵陈鹤木枣汤联合西药治疗急性黄疸性肝炎效果显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the wormwood Chen Hemu jujube soup combined western medicine curative effect in treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis. [ Methods ] Using stochastic parallel comparison method, 47 cases of outpatient and hospitalized patients into two groups according to random number table method. The control group of 23 cases of oleanolic acid tablets, 0.2 g/time, 1 / d;Glycyrrhizic acid amine, 0.2 g/times, 1 / d, the static note; Reduced glutathione for injection, 0.6 g/times, 1 / d, the static note;Treatment group 24 cases wormwood Chen Hemu jujube soup （ Yinchen, Xianhecao, Pingdimu every 30 g, Dazao 10 ）, 1 / d, Fried 250 ml water, morning and evening oral ; Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14 d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms, SALT, SB, adverse reactions. As a course treatment, judge curative effect. [ Results ~ The treatment group cure of 17 cases, 6 cases, 1 had no effect, the total effective rate was 95.83%. Control group, 10 cases were cured, 5 effective, 8 no effect, the total effective rate was 65.22%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（ P〈0.05 ）. Biochemical indexes in the two groups were improved （P〈0.05）, the treatment group is better than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . [ Conclusion ] Wormwood Chen Hemu jujube soup combined western medicine in treatment of acute jaundice hepatitis effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
