中医药治疗中风急性期研究简况

摘　　要：中风急性期多表现为猝然昏仆,不省人事,半身不遂,口舌歪斜等,分为出血中风和缺血中风两种。出血中风以重镇降逆,熄风降火,醒神开窍等为主要治疗,药用安宫牛黄丸,镇肝熄风汤,涤痰汤等。缺血中风以益气活血,化瘀通络等为主要治疗,药用补阳还五汤等。临证时辨证用药,可有效降低卒中患者的病死率、致残率、并发症、复发率等,值得深入研究。The acute phase of stroke showed sudden faint, become unconscious, hemiplegia, tongue skew, its reason is divided into hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke two. In the town of Jiangni hemorrhagic stroke, Xifeng fire, Xingshen resuscitation as the main principles of treatment, medicine Angong Niuhuang Pill, Zhengan Xifeng decoction, Ditan Decoction. Isehemic stroke with Qi and activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis as the main principles of treatment, medicine makes up the positive also five soup. Clinic syndrome differentiation and treatment, can effectively reduce the mortality in patients with stroke, mortality, complications, recurrence rate, worthy of further study.
