摘  要:目的探讨扩展高频测听对早期发现噪声性听力损伤的价值。方法以80名(160耳)非噪声工种耳科正常者为对照组,87名(174耳)接噪工人为噪声组。依据常频纯音测听结果,噪声组又分为听阈正常组49人(98耳),听阈异常组38人(76耳)。各组分别进行扩展高频测听,结果进行组间比较,用SPSS18软件进行统计分析。结果噪声组扩展高频听阈高于对照组,扩展高频引出率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。听阈正常噪声组扩展高频听阈高于对照组,扩展高频引出率在16 kHz开始下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。听阈异常噪声组扩展高频听阈高于对照组,扩展高频引出率在12 kHz开始下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扩展高频测听可以用于噪声性听力损伤的早期发现和诊断。[ Objective ] To discuss the value of extended high frequency audiometry on early detection of noise induced hearing im- pairment. [ Methods ] 80( 160 ears) workers with normal hearing in non-noise post were as control group, 87( 174 ears} workers ex- posed to noise were as noise group. According to conventional pure tone audiometry, noise group was divided into normal auditory threshold group ( 49 cases, 98 ears) and abnormal auditory threshold group ( 38 cases, 76 ears ). Extended high frequency audiometry was given each group and the results were compared and analyzed by SPSS 18. O. [Results] Compared with control group, the extended high frequency audiometry in noise group was higher and the detection rates were lower, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The extended high frequency audiometry in noise group with normal auditory threshold was higher than that in control group, detection rates began to down at 16 kHz, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05}. The extended high frequency audiometry in noise group with abnormal auditory threshold was higher than that in control group, detection rates began to down at 12 kHz, the difference was statistically significant [ P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] The extended high frequency audiometry can be used for the early detection and diagnosis of noise induced hearing impairment.
