摘 要:目的建立工作场所空气中13种有机毒物的气相色谱分析方法。方法工作场所空气中的13种有机毒物经活性炭管吸收、二硫化碳解析后,通过毛细管气相色谱进行定量分析。结果该方法各物质的线性范围为0—500μg/ml,相关系数均大于0.998,回收率为86.86~106.32%,检出限在0.03~0.50mg/m3之间。结论该方法具有操作简便、准确性好、灵敏度高等优点。[ Objective] To establish the gas chromatographic method for determination of 13 organic toxicants in the air of work- place. [ Methods] The 13 organic toxicants in the air of workplace were collected by the activated carbon tube, desorbed by CS2 and quantificationally analyzed by capillary gas chromatography. [ Results ] The linearity range of this method was 0-500 g/m1, correla- tion coefficients were greater than 0. 998, recovery rate was 86.86% -106.32%. All the detection limits satisfied the requirements of the relevant laws and regulations ( 0. 03-0. 50 mg/m3 }. [ Conclusion ] This method possesses the advantages of easy operation, good accuracy and high sensitivity.
