摘　　要：目的对上海浦东新区孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓状况进行评估,为开展健康干预提供科学依据。方法 2012年4—6月抽取辖区内2家妇幼保健院中的孕产妇人群进行问卷调查。结果共收集合格问卷805份,艾滋病"传播途径"指标知晓率为79.0%;联合国艾滋病特别会议(UNGASS)艾滋病知识知晓率为30.6%;"国家督导"指标知晓率为77.1%。不同特征的孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓率存在差异。影响孕产妇艾滋病知识知晓率的主要因素有户籍(OR=0.468)、文化程度(OR=1.993)和生育次数(OR=1.622)。血清学检测结果显示:无人感染人类免疫缺陷病毒和丙型肝炎病毒,梅毒阳性2名(0.25%)。结论应针对该区不同的孕产妇人群采取不同的宣传方式,尤其是要加强对首次怀孕的外来孕产妇性病艾滋病的宣传教育。[Objective] To evaluate the awareness rates of HIV/AIDS knowledge among pregnant women in Pudong New Area of Shanghai, provide scientific basis for carrying out the health intervention. [ Methods ] The questionnaire survey was conduct in preg- nant women collected from 2 maternal and child health hospitals from April to June in 2012. [ Results] A total of 805 qualified ques- tionnaires were collected. The awareness rate of transmission routes of AIDS was 79.0%. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge published by the United Nations General Assembly Special Session on HIV/AIDS （UNGASS} was 30.6%. The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge of national supervision indexes was 77. 1%. There were significant differences in the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among pregnant women with different characteristics. The main factors that influenced the awareness rate of AIDS knowl- edge in pregnant women included household register （ OR = 0. 468 ）, educational level （ OR = 1. 993） and number of births （ OR = 1. 622）. The serological detection results showed that there were no HIV and hepatitis C virus infections, while 2 syphilis cases were detected. （0. 25% ） [ Conclusion] It is important to carry out specific propaganda method for different groups of pregnant women, especially for immigrant pregnant women with first pregnancy.
