摘 要:目的了解广州市荔湾区游泳场馆泳池水中铜绿假单胞菌的污染状况,为防控游泳池水传播的疾病提供科学依据。方法依据GB 9667—1996《游泳场所卫生标准》要求,对2012—2013年广州市荔湾区内游泳场馆游泳池水质进行检测,在国家标准规定的6项指标基础上,增加了对铜绿假单胞菌的检测项目。结果从46家游泳场馆共计285份泳池水中检出铜绿假单胞菌阳性水样27份,阳性率为9.47%。尿素和游离余氯含量与铜绿假单胞菌的检出与否有关系。细菌总数和大肠菌群指标不合格更容易检出铜绿假单胞菌。结论泳池水中铜绿假单胞菌污染状况不容忽视,应加强游泳池水质监测和由游泳池水传播疾病的防控工作。[ Objective ] To investigate the contamination status of pseudomonas aeruginosa in swimming pool water in Liwan distract of Guangzhou, provide basis for prevention and control of the disease spread by swimming pool water. [ Methods ] According to GB9667-1996 "Hygienic Standard for Swimming Place", the water quality of swimming pool in Liwan district of Guangzhou from 2012-2013 were detected. On the basis of 6 indicators of national standard, the detection of pseudomonas aeruginosa was added. [ Results] 285 water samples in 46 swimming pools were detected, 27 samples were detected pseudomonas aeruginosa, the positive rate was 9.47%. The concentrations of urea and free chlorine residual were correlated to whether detected pseudomonas aeruginosa. When the total bacterial count and coliform bacteria indicators were unqualified, it was easier to detected pseudomonas aeruginosa. [ Conclusion ] Contamination status of pseudomonas aeruginosa in swimming pool water can not be ignored, we should strengthen the monitoring of swimming pool water quality and the prevention and control of the disease spread by swimming pool water.
