摘 要:目的用实验室自建中和试验验证化学发光法(CLIA)检测抗-HBe的准确性。方法选取CLIA法检测抗-HBe的Cutoff值附近标本40例,用中和试验确定其反应性。结果 20例CLIA法抗-HBe检测阴性的标本中有11例中和试验显示有反应性;CLIA法抗-HBe检测阳性的20例标本中有19例中和试验具有反应性,1例无反应性。CLIA法检测抗-HBe的假阳性率为10%,假阴性率为36.67%,符合率为70%。结论 CLIA法检测抗-HBe的假阴性率较高,需引起注意;中和试验对于确认抗-HBe的结果经济而实用。Objective To verify the performance of chemiluminescence immunoassay (CLIA) in detecting anti -HBe by inhouse neutralization test. Methods Twenty anti - HBe positive samples and 20 anti - HBe negative samples by CLIA in the vicinity of cutoff value were selected to detect the reactivity by neutralization test. Results Neutralization test showed 11 sam- pies were reactive in 20 anti - HBe negative samples, while 19 samples were reactive and 1 sample was nonreactive in 20 anti - HBe positive samples. The false positive rate of CLIA in anti - HBe detection was 10%, while the false negative rate was 36.67%, the coincidence rate was 70%. Conclusion High false negative rate of CLIA in anti - HBe detection requires careful attention. The in - house neutralization test is economical and practical to verify the reactivity of anti - HBe.
