摘 要:目的回顾分析患者临终前检验数据的特点,寻求危急值报告的价值,探讨如何能为患者更好服务。方法回顾近2年本院的死亡病例资料,收集患者临终前3 d的检验数据,分析检验项目的使用情况及检验数据特点,结合危急值设置和报告,综合评价检验结果。结果危急值报告率约是11.4%,非危急值数据报告率约是88.6%。结论对绝对多数非危急检验报告及数据,医务工作者更应慎之又慎密切联系病人的实际情况进行客观评判。危急值设置要同临床沟通,针对不同科室设置不同的项目和范围,利用医院的信息管理平台或手机短信平台,及时、准确地将检验数据报告给临床,才能保证医疗质量,才是建设和谐医疗环境的必由之路。Objective To retrospectively analyze the characteristics of laboratory data of terminally ill patients and to investigate the role of critical value in clinical practices, so as to provide better service for patients. Methods The laboratory data of death cases in the General Hospital of Jincheng Anthracite Mining Group Co. ltd in the past two years were retrospectively analyzed. Then the laboratory test results were comprehensively evaluated based on the setting and report of critical values. Results The reporting rate of critical value was 11.4%, while that of non - critical value was 88.6%. Conclusion In most cases of non - critical values, the condition of patients should be evaluated objectively and carefully. The setting of critical value should be based on the communication with clinical departments, and different programs and ranges should be set in different departments. Information management platform and mobile short message platform in hospital should be used in the development of critical value systems.
