摘  要:水基动力无杆抽油机是以液体的压力作为动力的采油装置,主要由地面动力站、动力传输部分和井下液力抽油系统三大部分构成。水基动力无杆抽油机与传统的抽油设备相比,具有可实现深抽甚至超深抽、结构简单、高效节能、性能可靠等显著的优点。文中论述了水基动力无杆抽油机系统构成和工作原理,介绍了现阶段主要的故障种类和诊断方法;针对水基动力无杆抽油机专门研发了水基动力无杆抽油机的测试诊断仪,可确保水基动力无杆抽油机安全、可靠和高效运行,具有十分重要的工程价值。Water-based power rodless pumping unit is device of oil production based on the power of liquid pressure. It is consist of three main parts :ground part, power transmission part and downhole pumping part.Compared to the conventional pumping equipment, Water-based power rodless pumping unit can realize deep and ultra deep oil pumping, and has simpler structure, higher efficiency, more reliable performance, more significant level of intelligent automation.This paper entirely show the current research of the Water-based power rodless pumping unit from the composition of water-based power rodless pumping unit system, working principle, introduce the current study of types of fault and diagnostic methods, and for water-based power rodless pumping unit, we specially developed water-based power rodless pumping unit test diagnosis instrument, which can ensure water power without rod pumping unit is safe, reliable and efficient operation. It has important engineering value.
