摘 要:在设计过程中,减速机箱体的应力分布以及结构变形是比较重要的,因为这些变形关系到齿轮啮合过程中接触区域的改变,进而影响整机的传动性能。而以往的设计过程中,这些设计主要是根据经验设计。为了解决这一问题,利用ANSYS软件对箱体进行有限元分析。通过有限元计算后得到箱体的前后轴承孔处的变形不一致,使箱体轴线产生平行度和倾斜度的误差,这种误差会对齿轮啮合产生影响。由此研究结果,可以通过增加和改变筋板位置来提高箱体的刚度,从而减小箱体变形对齿轮啮合产生的影响。In the design process, stress distribution and structure deformation of housings are important, because the deformation can change the contact area in the process of gear meshing, which can affect transmission performance of the machine. In the previous design process, the design is mainly based on design experience. To solve this problem, the finite element analysis can is carried out based on ANSYS software of housings. The inconsistent deformation around front and rear bearing holes of the housings can be calculated by finite element, which can cause an error between parallelism and inclination of the housing axis, and the error will affect gear meshing. From the results of the research, the rigidity of the housings can be increased adding and changing the position of ribs to reduce the influence of gear meshing caused by housing deformation.
