摘 要:目的研究围绝经期妇女中腰椎体骨密度与腰椎间盘退变程度的相关性,探讨骨质疏松对腰椎间盘退变程度的影响。材料和方法收集年龄为45-55岁的围绝经期妇女,进行常规腰椎体CT螺旋扫描及定量CT(QCT)骨密度检查,重组腰椎间盘矢状位及轴位图像,同时使用骨密度测量软件测量腰椎体平均BMD值及平均T值。结果纳入研究对象348例,平均年龄48.6岁,平均SMD值为127.4,平均T值-1.18;腰椎体骨密度与腰椎间盘退变程度有相关性(X2=34.72,r=0.28,P<0.05)。腰椎体骨密度与发生退变腰椎间盘个数有相关性(X2=49.15,r=0.35,P<0.05)。结论围绝经期妇女腰椎体骨质疏松可以促进腰椎间盘退变的发生。Objective To study the correlation between bone mineral density (BMD) and lumbar disc degeneration in perimenopausal women and explore the impact of osteoporosis on lumbar disc degeneration degree. Methods Perimenopausal women aged 45-55 years old were collected. Routine CT scans and Quantitative CT (QCT) vertebral bone density testing on lumbar vertebra were used, Multiplanar reconstruction (MPR) reorganization sagittal and axial images on lumbar intervertebral disc, measuring mean BMD score and T-score with a software on bone density measurement. Results 348 cases were included with mean age 48.6 years, mean SMD score 127.4 and mean T-score-1.18. There were correlations between bone density and lumbar disc degeneration (X2=34.72, r= 0.28, P 〈0.05), bone mineral density density and the number of lumbar disc degeneration (X2=49.15, r=0.35, P〈0.05). Conclusion Lumbar osteoporosis in perimenopausal women may enhance the pathogenesis of lumbar disc degeneration.
