摘　　要：浙江奉化民居坍塌事件发生后，引发了社会对于城市房屋安全的高度关注。城市房屋存在哪些安全隐患？一旦鉴定为危房，该如何处置？居民的利益如何维护？如何完善制度设计，加强房屋安全管理？本期会客厅邀请北京大学房地产研究所所长陈国强、中科院建筑设计研究院总建筑师崔彤、浙江大学教授章剑生，就相关问题进行探讨。After the occurrence of residential building collapse in Fenghua city of Zhejiang, it has triggered a social concern on the safety issue of urban building. In this session of meeting the director of the real estate institute of the Beijing University Chen Guoqiang, and the chief architect of the architectural design institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Cui Tong, as well as the professor of the Zhejiang University Zhang Jiansheng have been invited to the guest hall to present their study and discussion over the relevant topics.
