摘  要:针对大型综合医院门诊病人多、初诊患者多、外地病人多和优质医疗资源供需矛盾等现状,通过回顾性分析华西医院完善分层级就诊的历程,结合现场调研,实现了以门诊初诊病人为重点,对分层级就诊的服务理念、层级结构、服务项目和服务流程进行了创新,缓解病人"看病难"问题,有效满足了门诊初诊病人分层级就诊的需求。Based on the present situation of many outpatients, first visiting patients, and patients from other places, and the imbalance between supply and demand of good medical resource, through the retrospective analysis of the process of stratified presentation model of Huaxi Hospital, and the combination of situation investigation and survey, the first visiting patients are regarded as the key point, the service concept, stratified structure, service item and service process is innovated, and "difficult in seeing doctors" is relieved. So the demand of stratified treat- ment of first visiting patients is effectively satisfied.
