摘　　要：失效模式和效应分析作为一种系统的、前瞻性的、基于多学科团队的管理工具,能够预防护理差错的发生,提高病人的安全性。介绍了失效模式和效应分析的原理及其应用步骤,并概述了失效模式和效应分析在护理管理领域的应用现状,为失效模式和效应分析在护理管理中的应用提供借鉴,从而减少医疗纠纷,改进护理服务流程,提高护理服务质量,切实保证优质护理服务的推行。FMEA is a systematic, prospective, multidisciplinary team-based approach to nursing error prevention and patient safety enhancement. The principle of FMEA and its application procedures are introduced, and the present situation of the application of FMEA in the field of nursing management is summarized to provide references for the application of FMEA in nursing management, so as to reduce medical disputes, improve the nursing care process, improve the quality of nursing service, and ensure the quality of nursing service.
