1株鸭源鸡杆菌的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：从湖北新洲某鸡场的10日龄患病蛋鸡的腺胃里分离并鉴定1株细菌,同时对病鸡腺胃进行病理组织学观察。结果表明,该菌为革兰阴性菌,生化反应特性是对甘露醇、β-半乳糖苷酶、葡萄糖、蔗糖、α-葡萄糖、海藻糖、肌醇、山梨醇等反应阳性,对麦芽糖、吲哚、L-阿拉伯糖、D-阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖等反应阴性。通过16S rRNA核苷酸序列分析鉴定为鸭源鸡杆菌。病鸡腺胃增厚,黏膜面乳头明显,镜下黏膜上皮异常增生。分离菌的药敏试验表明,该菌株对多粘霉素E、复方新诺明、呋喃妥因、利福平、复方阿莫西林、庆大霉素、安普霉素等敏感,而对红霉素、链霉素、阿莫西林、四环素等具有耐药,说明该株菌在鸡群中存在已久,产生了耐药性较强。A strain of bacteria was isolated from the proventriculus of 10-day old chicks.Meanwhile,the pathology of proventriculus reference had been observed.The morphology characteristics of the strain suggest that it is a Gram-negative bacillus.Biochemical characteristics of the isolated strain show that it is positive to MAN,β-GAL,GLU,SAC,α-GLU,TRE,INO,SOR.Analysis of nucleotide sequence of the isolated strain with refer-ence to GenBank indicates that it is Gallibacterium anatis.And the result of drug sensitivity test showed that it was resistant to ERY,STR,AMO,TET,indicating that this isolated strain has long existed in the chickens.
