云南省禄丰部分猪场猪圆环病毒病2型血清学调查

摘　　要：为了解云南省禄丰部分规模化猪场2型猪圆环病毒病(PCV2)疫苗的免疫效果,本文应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)对采自云南省禄丰8个规模化猪场不同类型猪群的300份(后备母猪40份,育肥猪166份,仔猪94份)血清进行猪圆环病毒抗体检测。结果显示,1至8号猪场猪圆环病毒抗体阳性率高低不等,分别为16.67%,26.67%,62.96%,81.80%,55.17%,40.00%,25.00%,47.06%;抗体离散度分别为11.85%,7.20%,6.98%,21.70%,9.99%,7.11%,6.64%,9.90%。而后备母猪、育肥猪和仔猪的圆环病毒抗体阳性率分别为40.00%,46.99%,51.06%;抗体离散度分别为9.54%,12.41%,6.79%。结果表明,多数猪场PCV2疫苗免疫效果不理想,应加强免疫。In order to have a better understanding of the preventive effect of vaccination on porcine circovirus disease type II（PCV2） on 8 scale pig farms in Lufeng,Yunnan Province,ELISA was performed to detect the PCV2 antibodies of 300 serum samples from 8 scale pig farms in Lufeng,Yunnan Province.Among the serum samples,40 are from replacement gilts,166 are from fattening pigs and 94 are from piglets.The results showed that among the 8 scale pig farms,the positive rates of antibodies against PCV2 are16.67%,26.67%,62.96%,81.80%,55.17%,40.00%,25.00%,47.06% respectively.And the disperse range of antibodies are11.85%,7.20%,6.98%,21.70%,9.99%,7.11%,6.64%,9.90% respectively.The positive rate of antibodies against PCV2 is 40.00%for replacement gilt,46.99% for fattening pigs and 51.06% for piglets.And the disperse range of antibodies is 9.54% for replacement gilt,12.41% for fattening pigs and 6.79% for piglets.The results showed that the vaccination against PCV2 on some scale pig farms are not ideal,and the measures must be taken to booster immunization.
