多拉菌素浇泼剂对小鼠免疫功能影响的试验

摘　　要：检测多拉菌素浇泼剂对小鼠外周血CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的影响及对小鼠血清中IgA、IgG、IgM的影响。试验结果显示,多拉菌素浇泼剂在高、中、低3个剂量组时,都可使外周血液中CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞的数量发生改变,并且有一定的量-效关联,表明合适剂量的多拉菌素浇泼剂能够改善小鼠特异性细胞免疫功能。给与中、低剂量时,IgA、IgM、IgG均无明显的变化,但在高剂量时,IgA、IgM、IgG均有所降低,但和对照组相比无统计学差异,说明多拉菌素浇泼剂各剂量时对小鼠体液免疫均无显著影响。结果表明,多拉菌素浇泼剂是一种新型的治疗动物寄生虫病较为安全的局部外用药物,适合在兽医临床上广泛推广应用。Detection of doramectin pour-on preparation on murine peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD8^＋ T lymphocytes and its effect on serum IgA,IgG,IgM.The results showed that doramectin pour-on in low,middle,high dose group could change the amount of peripheral blood CD4^＋,CD8^＋ T lymphocytes,and there was a dose-effect relationship.It indicated that appropriate dose of doramectin pouron could improve the specific cellular immunity of mice.IgA,IgM,IgG of low and medium dose group had no significant change,at high doses,IgA,IgM,IgG decreased,But it had no significant difference when compared with the control group,that showed it didnt have any significant influence on the humoral immunity in mice.The experimental results show that doramectin pour-on preparation is a relatively safe local foreign agents for clinical application.
