挂线旷置结合导尿管引流术一期根治高位肛周脓肿的临床研究

摘　　要：为探讨挂线旷置结合导尿管引流术一期根治高位肛周脓肿的临床疗效，将32例高位多间隙肛周脓肿患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组采用挂线旷置结合导尿管引流术治疗，对照组采用单纯切开挂线旷置术治疗。结果显示，治疗组术后远期复发、术后疼痛、肛门功能、创面愈合时间和住院费用均优于对照组（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结果表明，采用挂线旷置结合导尿管引流术治疗高位多间隙肛周脓肿，能明显提高治愈率，降低肛周脓肿复发率和肛瘘形成率，缩短创面愈合时间，减少患者痛苦，并且最大限度保护其肛门功能和外形。In order to investigate the clinical effect of thread-drawing exclusion combined with catheter drainage for primary radically treating high peranal-abscess, authorJs department randomly divided 32 patients with the high multi-space abscess into treatment group and control one; performed this combined surgery on treatment group,while only incision thread-drawing exclusion on control group.As results,after operation the long-term recurrence, pain, anal function, the time for wound healing and hospitalization cost of treatment group were superior to that of control one（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01）.Results show that above- mentioned combination surgery in the treatment multi-space high perianal abscess can greatly enhance curative rate, reduce recurrence rate and formation rate of anal fistula, shorten the time of wound healing, relieve pain of patients,and proctect the function and apparance of anus at maximum extents.
