肛门病术后尿潴留的原因及防治（附125例分析）

摘　　要：为探索肛门病术后尿潴留的原因及防治措施，对125例肛门病术后尿潴留患者的原因及治疗进行分析和研究。结果显示，除6例经导尿缓解外，其余119例患者通过手术前后实施了有效的针对性防治措施，取得了良好的效果。结果表明，手术前充分的身体和心理准备，术后措施得当，有效的针对性防治措施是减少肛门病术后发生尿潴留的关键。In order to explore the causes and prevention ＆ treatment of postoperative uroschesis of anorectal disease patients,author analyzed and studied the relative status of 125 cases.As results,except for 6 ca- ses relieved through catheter,rest 119 got better outcome through pre-or postoperative effective symptomatic measures.Results show that the key to reduce postoperative uroschesis are preoperative enough psy- chosomatic preparation,postoperative effective prevention ~ treatment measures.
