摘 要:检测分析珠三角地区69株鸡白痢沙门菌对四环素的耐药性及5种四环素耐药基因[tet(A)、tet(B)、tet(C)、tet(M)和tet(X)]在分离株中的分布情况。结果显示,43株(62.7%)鸡白痢沙门菌分离株对四环素产生耐药性,耐药基因tet(A)的检出率为75.4%,未能检测到耐药基因tet(B)、tet(C)、tet(M)和tet(X),表明鸡白痢沙门菌对四环素的耐药机制以tet(A)基因介导的主动外排为主。The study aimed to; investigate the prevailing of tetracycline resistance and the distribution of tetracycline resistance genes tet ( A ) , Let ( B ) , tet ( C ) , tet (M) , and tet ( X ) in 69 Salmonella pullorum isolated from Pearl River Delta region. The results showed that 62.7% of the 69 isolates (43/69) were found to be resistant to tetracycline, and the detection rate of resistance gene tet (A) was 75.4%.However, tetB, tetC, tetM, and tetX genes were not detected, indicating that active efflux mediated by tet (A)gene is the primary mechanism of resistance to tetracycline in Salmonella pullorum.
