摘  要:以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚乙二醇1000(PEG-1000)、三乙醇胺(TEOA)和丁酮肟(MEKO)为原料,合成了封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯(PU);再与氨基硅乳液AS-1按不同比例复配,得到聚氨酯/氨基硅复合乳液(PUAS);采用IR、FE-SEM、纳米粒度仪等其表征结果表明,PUAS乳液粒子分布集中,平均粒径为101.4 nm。当聚氨酯与氨基硅乳液按质量比5∶5复配时,经其整理的棉织物柔软度、白度、折皱回复角等应用效果达到最佳,与空白棉织物相比,经过PUAS整理过的棉织物,弯曲刚度由1 213 mN减小到863 mN,折皱回复角由144.17°增加到192.27°,两者分别增幅29%和33%;而经其整理过的棉织物的白度未受影响。Cationic blocked waterborne polyurethane (PU) is synthesized with isophorone isocyanate (IP- DI), polyethylene glycol 1000 ( PEG-1000), triethanolamine (TEOA) and butyl ketone oxime (MEKO) as raw materials, and then polyurethane/amino silicone mixed emulsion (PUAS) is obtained by mixing PU with self-made amino silicone emulsion AS-1 with different proportion. The PUAS and its emulsion are studied via IR, FE-SEM and nanometer particle sizer. The results show that PUAS emulsion particle has concentrated distribution with the average particle size of 101.4 nm. When the mass proportion of polyurethane to amino silicone emulsion is 5:5, the PUAS finished cotton fabric has the best softness, white- ness, crease recovery angle and other properties. Compared with the unfinished cotton fabric, the bending rigidity of PUAS finished cotton fabric decreases from 1213 mN to 863 mN and the crease recovery angle increases from 144.17 °to 192.27°with amplitude of 29% and 33% respectively. Otherwise, the PUAS has no influence on the whiteness, and can endow fabric good yellowing resistance and excellent anti-wrinkle property under the premise of soft handle.
