摘　　要：纬斜是大循环彩条单面汗布生产中的常见问题,其严重影响产品的质量和外观。解决方法是,先将坯布通过定形机整纬器预处理,再在纬向平直的状态下利用助剂进行高温定形。经此整理后,产品纬斜率为3.4%,提高73%,产品外观明显改善。Skew weft is a common defect affectting the quality and appearance of fabric in the production of circular striped jersey. Pretreatment of gray fabric with weft straightener machine, followed by high temperature setting in the zonal straight state with some auxiliaries can drop the skew weft by 73% to 3.4%.
