某少数民族高校大学生结核病相关知识知晓现状的调查

摘　　要：目的了解某少数民族高校大学生关于结核病防治的认知行为现状,探讨结核病防治的健康教育途径。方法在兰州某少数民族高校随机抽取大学生进行问卷调查。结果该民族高校接受调查大学生5.0%以上学生不知道肺结核,接近20.0%学生不了解结核病的传播途径;关于结核病患者近距离接触是否传染和是否有免费检查肺结核的医疗机构,这两项的知晓情况各民族之间差异均有统计学意义(χ2=33.3,P<0.05);其余调查选项各民族差异也有统计学意义(χ2=2 497.9,P<0.01)。结论高校学生对结核病的病原及结核病的危害知晓率低,对结核病防治知识缺乏,少数民族学生更加明显;学生对健康和疾病防治的态度普遍积极,改善健康教育、加强对结核病相关知识的宣传普及,将有助于提高大学生结核病防治知识知晓水平。Objective To learn about cognitive behavior about tuberculosis prevention in students from a university for na- tionalities, and discuss the way of health education for tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods Some students from a university for nationalities in Lanzhou were randomly selected to carry out questionnaires. Results Out of the investigat- ed students, there were over 5.0% unknowing about tuberculosis, and 20.0% unknowing about transmission route of tubercu- losis. The differences in awareness of close contact infection of tuberculosis and medical institutions with free inspection were of statistical significance among nationalities （X2=33.3, P〈0.05）, and there were statistical differences in other items among nationalities （X2=2 497.9, P〈0.01）. Conclusions Low awareness rate of pathogeny and hazard of tuberculosis shows the students from university for nationalities lack knowledge about tuberculosis prevention. It is more obvious in the minority students. Because of active attitude to health and disease control and prevention in the students, improvement of health education and reinforcement of propaganda and popularity of knowledge related with tuberculosis will helpful for im- proving the awareness level of knowledge about tuberculosis prevention in the university students.
