摘　　要：聚酯工厂采用集散控制系统作为工厂控制手段,控制系统设置系统柜及辅助柜,辅助柜包括接线柜、安全栅柜、继电器柜和供电柜等。以Honeywell公司的Experion PKS-C300系列为例,从系统概貌规划到I/O地址分配表排布阐述机柜布置前期准备的工作内容,再详细阐述了系统柜及辅助机柜的盘内布置原则及实施方案。PET Plant adopts distributed control system as the factory control means. DCS consists of system cabinet and auxiliary cabinet, with the latter including marshalling cabinet, safe grid cabinet, relay cabinet and power cabinet. Taking Honeywell Experion PKS-C300 series as an example, this paper first elaborates the cabinet layout preparation via system overview planning and I/O address list, and then elaborates the panel layout principles and implementation solution for system cabinet and Auxiliary Cabinet.
