摘 要:石材开采设备优化决策是改善企业矿山开采过程清洁性的有效途径之一。论文着重以节约资源、保护环境为目标,建立了一种面向清洁生产的矿山设备决策目标分解参考体系;对矿山设备的选择问题进行了三级分类和数学描述;针对石材矿山开采具有代表性的分离工序设备决策问题,建立了多目标优化决策模型,并将熵权法和层次分析法结合,应用模糊数学理论对上述模型进行求解。通过实例分析验证所提出模型的可行性和有效性。Stone mining equipment selection for cleaner production is a practical approach for improving enterprise mining process. A reference system of decision-making objectives is setup for the granite mine equipment selection as the goal of saving resources and protecting environment. The problem of the mine equipment selection is classified by three levels. Each level is described with a mathematical approach. A multi-objective optimization decision model is established for the decision-making problems of representative stone mining separation process, and the entropy weight method is combined with analytic hierarchy process (ahp), using fuzzy mathematics theory to solve the above model. Through the example analysis, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model.
