摘　　要：XPS挤塑保温板的生产线由混料系统、挤出机、定型板机、定型牵引辊机、冷却架、牵引去边机、长度定型切割机等部分组成,通过XPS挤塑保温板整条生产线各部件的动作分析、测绘、和三维建模,利用Cult3d技术来实现对生产线的虚拟装配。XPS board production line consists of mixing system, extrusion machine, setting machine, roll machine, cooling frame shaping traction, traction machine, cutting to length edge shaping machine. In this paper, through analyzing, mapping, and three-dimensional modeling about the XPS board production line to achieve the development the virtual platform of the production line by using Cult3d Technology.
