摘 要:通过对与国外科技档案管理相关的英文文献进行科技档案管理发展历程分析、文献研究关注主题分析、科技档案管理内容分析、科技档案管理方法和手段分析及问题与对策分析,得到以下结论:国外科技档案管理经历了三个发展阶段。目前,国外对科技档案管理的研究重点已放到互联网时代的科技档案的利用上,普遍采取的做法是:开发适合本领域的科技档案管理系统,并在此基础上增加语义网技术、数据挖掘技术、人工智能技术等手段的智能分析模块。最为关注的问题与对策涉及科技档案的归档范围制定及科技档案的有效利用。: This paper reviews and analyzes the current literature of science archives management abroad in terms of their development phases, relevant themes in literatures, the contents, methods and tools, and the problems of science archives management and their responding solutions. Based on the above analysis, following conclusions are given: the management of science archive in foreign countries has experienced three phases. At present, the science archives related studies abroad has already focused on the exploration and use of science archives via Internet and web technology. The general approach adopted is to develop science archives management systems suitable for their related study fields. In addition to the basic collecting, storing, and retrieving functions, the intelligent analysis modules based on semantic web technology, data mining technology, and artificial intelligent (AI) technology etc. have been implemented in some science archives management systems. The most concerned problems and their responding solutions involve two main issues: the retention of science archives and their scopes setting and the efficient and effective use of science archives.
