摘  要:讨论了压力容器有限元应力分析时与建模有关的几个问题。首先针对压力容器中管口与壳体连接的局部结构,总结了需要采用有限元应力分析的情况,并举例说明了建立几何模型的几个基本原则;然后通过有限元建模对比计算,说明了有限元模型中接管和圆筒长度以及管口法兰对孔边局部应力有着重要的影响,揭示了其作用规律,并结合应力云图分析了其原因,说明必要时可利用该影响作为开孔补强的辅助手段,提出了法兰的简化等效处理措施;最后阐述了为保证法兰的密封性能,接管长度不能小于一最小值。This paper mainly discusses some issues relating to FEA(Finite Element Analysis)of pressure vessels.At first,aiming at the joint area of nozzle connecting to shell of the pressure vessel,the paper summarizes the application situation of finite element stress analysis and illustrates some fundamental principles for building geometric model with examples.Then it explains the important impacts of nozzle length,shell length and flange on local stress of the opening in shell in finite element model and reveals the action law.Combining with the stress nephogram,the paper analyzes the reasons for the impact and explains that the impact can be used as assisted reinforcement for opening when necessary.It also presents treatment measure for simplified equivalent of flange.Finally,the paper expounds that the nozzle length should be no shorter than a minimum value in order to ensure the seal performance of flange.
