多轴式压缩机二段气量不足原因分析及对策

摘  要:多轴式空气压缩机出现一段出口压力上升,二段导叶开度增大,二段功率上升及二段气量不足的异常现象。结合压缩机控制原理,对压缩机存在的故障进行了调查、分析,其原因是:压缩机五级缸口环密封齿损坏造成其内循环泄漏量上升、轴功率增大,因功率保护限制造成气量不足。对压缩机振动数据调取分析,发现口环损坏是由于压缩机频繁带负荷跳车所致。对此,提出了压缩机带病运行时,为尽可能提高负荷所采取的应对措施,对于损坏口环,立足于国内,采取测绘、加工等措施,消除了压缩机故障,并收到了良好效果。Abnormal phenomena of multi-shaft aircompressor appeared including pressure rise of the first section outlet,IGV open increase of the second section,power rise of the second section and shortage of air flow in the second section.Combining with the control principles of compressor,this paper makes investigation and analysis on the compressor fault.The causes are:the sealing teeth of the fifth mouth ring were damaged and this resulted in the rise of inside cycle leakage and rise of shaft power;the power protection limit led to the shortage of air flow.This paper analyzes the vibration data of the compressor and discovered that the mouth ring damage was caused by frequent stopping of compressor with load.Aiming at this,the paper puts forward the countermeasures for load increase when the compressor is running with fault.Based on domestic experience,the paper suggests taking countermeasures like plotting and processing for damaged mouth ring to eliminate compressor fault and good results are received.
