摘　　要：原有成型车间胎坯搬运存在占地面积大、效率低等各种问题。为此,设计了全新的成型车间用自动化胎坯输送系统,采用空中悬挂输送小车方式。并对该设备主要组成部分进行了详细说明,包括胎坯抓取机械手、胎坯托入装置、输送系统等。最后再根据"第三利润源"理论,分析了采用自动化物流系统后给轮胎生产企业带来的效益。The original building workshop for tyres billet handling has a series of problems such as large areaoccupied, low treatment efficiency. Therefore, this paper describes a new building workshop with automatic tire conveying system by the way of suspension conveying the car. And carried on detailed instructions about mainly equipment which consists of raw tire fetching manipulator, raw tire loader, transmission system and so on. Finally, according to ＂the third profit source＂ theory, analyzed the benefit of the fire production enterprise after using automatic logistics system .
