摘　　要：如何通过技术改造与革新,在不产生大投入的情况下,使设备精度提高、故障率减小、设备稳定、持续、高效的运转,以不断满足生产和工艺的要求,这是生产企业设备管理人员的重要研究方向。4#GK400密炼机双螺杆挤出机传动机构改造,取得了圆满成功,很好的诠释了这一点。Through modification and innovation, in case of without large investment, increasing accuracy, reducing failure rate, keeping stable, sustained and efficient operation in order to continue to meet the requirements of production and process, which is the important research direction for equipment managers of production enterprises. Modification of 4# GK400 mixer twin-screw extruder transmission mechanism is a complete success and getting a good interpretation.
