摘 要:常见对流室中间管板的加筋肋结构为直线型,方便设计与制造,随着加热炉对大型化的不断要求,对流盘管数量增多,对流室宽度增加,波浪型加筋肋结构逐渐受到设计人员的青睐。使用有限元软件ANSYS对直线型和波浪型两种加筋肋结构的管板分别取不同区域进行应力分析,观察各自的受力特点,发现波浪形加筋肋管板的应力分布比直线形加筋肋的应力分布更为均匀,除了最大应力值出现的位置外,其余位置处波浪形加筋肋管板的受力情况均更好。Typically,the stiffened structure on the intermediate tube sheet in furnace convection section is linear shape which is convenient for designing and manufacturing.With the increas-ing demand for large-scale furnace,the convection coils grows in number and the tube sheet width increases as well,so the wave shape stiffened structure is preferred gradually by designers.By means of finite element analysis,this paper makes a stress analysis on the different selected positions of the tube sheet with linear shape ribs and wave shape ribs,observes the stress characteristics of the two kinds of stiffened structure and discovers that the stress distribution of the tube sheet with wavy ribs stiffened structure is more homogeneous than that with straight ribs.The stress distribution of the tube sheet with wavy ribs stiffened structure is better on almost all positions except the position where the maximum stress value occurs.
