摘　　要：燕山石化化工一厂乙烯裂解装置中EA-140换热器运行十多年来由于种种原因一直未能清洗,结垢现象严重,已经无法满足生产工艺的要求。结合EA-140换热器工作状况,在详细分析了EA-140换热器污垢基本情况的基础上拟定配方,采用在线化学清洗的方法对EA-140换热器进行了现场在线清洗。清洗后从多方面评测了清洗效果,各种数据表明清洗效果良好。An EA-140heat exchanger in an ethylene cracker production workshop of Yanshan Petrochemical has not been cleaned for over ten years since it began its operation.So there is serious scaling and the heat exchanger cannot meet the requirements of production process.Combining with the working conditions of the EA-140heat exchanger,on-line chemical cleaning method is adopted to carry out on-line cleaning at the site after taking the formula formulated on the basis of detailed analysis on the basic conditions of the scaling in the EA-140heat exchanger.After cleaning,the effect is evaluated from many aspects and various data indicate that the cleaning effect is good.
