吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将108例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为两组,对照组52例给予硝苯地平治疗,观察组56例给予吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,治疗后舒张压、收缩压、总胆固醇显著低于对照组。结论:吲达帕胺联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病效果显著,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of indapamide associating with amlodipine on the treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease. Methods 108 cases of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, 52 cases in the control group treated with nifedipine treatment, and 56 cases in the observation group were given indapamide associating with amlodipine treatment. The therapeutic efficacies of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the diastolic blood pressure（DBP）, systolic blood pressure（SBP） and total cholesterol（TC） were all significantly lower than those of the control group. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of indapamide associating with amlodipine in treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease is significant, worthy to be promoted in clinical.
